Legal Lead

Hasini Thumu is a high school junior from Texas, this student leader serves as the Legal Lead for PULSE Outreach. Passionate about health equity, policy, and advocacy, they oversee the organization’s legal frameworks, state compliance, and internal governance to ensure PULSE’s global initiatives operate securely and effectively.

Outside of PULSE, they are active in speech and debate, exploring the critical intersection of law and medicine. Driven by a commitment to public service and institutional integrity, they focus on establishing robust organizational policies that protect and empower student leaders and community health programs worldwide.
