Chief Operations Officer

Victoria Janel is a 12th-grade student in Monaco serving as the Chief Operating Officer of PULSE Outreach. In her role, she oversees organizational operations, supports chapter leadership, and strengthens global expansion efforts to improve the lives of children with chronic conditions.

Driven by a desire to pursue medicine, Victoria’s dedication to health accessibility led her to participate in the Global Health Leaders Conference at Johns Hopkins University. As COO, she leverages her international background to build strong communication networks across all PULSE chapters and empower the next generation of youth health advocates.
